I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR SETTING UP A NEW BUSINESS BY A FOREIGNER IN INDIA. WHAT ARE THE PERMISSIONS REQUIRED AND FORMS INVOLVED IN THAT.
