What is the procedure for removal of promoter and persons forming part of promoter group. Is Board REsolution sufficient.

No you can not remove the name of promoter from the company by any kind of resolution.

Thanks for your reply. It seems that the BSE is accepting removal of persons forming part of the promoter and promoter group if the company passes board resolution for the same.
