i want to remove the imported raw material to another owners factory
what procedure i need to be followed in respect of that for excise

Dear D.R. Yeole
In this case you will be treated as import dealer . Any goods on which you have paid duty and removing it from the factory will be treated as remove as such . And excise duty on this will be determined as per add quantum basis .
