I have registered for CA Executive and i have paid prescribed fees on 28/02/2013.
Now i want to cancel my registration. I want to get back fees paid.
What is procedure for the same?

Normally fee once paid you cannot get it back..
as per my knowledge there is no concept of cancellation of registration
