Procedure for refund of cs executive fees paid

15 May 2013 I have registered for CA Executive and i have paid prescribed fees on 28/02/2013.

Now i want to cancel my registration. I want to get back fees paid.

What is procedure for the same?

Please explain

23 May 2013 Normally fee once paid you cannot get it back..

as per my knowledge there is no concept of cancellation of registration
consult chapter office (icsi) office if u want to confirm
