18 December 2023 I am a CA finalist. I have completed CA articleship. I wish to run a website in which I posts summary notes for CA students. The summary notes includes my own explanation, tricks to remember, examples, quizzes apart from relevant information taken from Icai study material and question papers. The summary notes in the website are free but if they want it in the form of book I may charge a one time fee or 6 months subscription. I wish to know whether I need permission from ICAI for the following
1. Use relevant information from their copyrighted material in my website and book?
2. Running websites which is for CA students and related to Icai material, exam preparation etc?
3. Selling a book or subscription related to Icai material, Exam preparation etc?

If I become a CA, do I need special permissions?
