iwant to know the procedure of conversion from old to new ca final course? my articleship completed .and where we have to send the form and d.d? at any branch or reginal council of icai or only where we had registered under pe 2....plz clear my doubts..

No coversion, it is compulsory, just file the exam forms time on time.

you have to write an application on plain paper (handwritten, not types) that you want to convert and pay Rs.1100 (DD) in the name of The secretary, The ICAI. you should get all the study material and practice manuals from institute
