I Need to know the procedure for cancellation of DIN.

I have three directors out of which one director is expire, so how to cancel the DIN and what forms are required for this

30 May 2015 need to apply in form DIR-5, for cancellation of DIN.

02 June 2015 DIR-5 is filed by the director himself not by someone else on his behalf.
Company shall file DIR-12 for the director who has died and file GNL-2 along with death certificate of the director.
