I Need to know the procedure for cancellation of DIN.
I have three directors out of which one director is expire, so how to cancel the DIN and what forms are required for this

DIR-5 is filed by the director himself not by someone else on his behalf.
Company shall file DIR-12 for the director who has died and file GNL-2 along with death certificate of the director.
