20 November 2013 Hi I am in my first year of articleship training. I am now in a small firm. I just wanna switch over to another firm. Can anyone brief me the procedures for transfer..? what form should I get from my existing principal and submit with the institute..? Is there any criterion by which I have to disclose the name of the firm that I am switching over..? coz I planning tell some other reason so that he relieves me in a smooth manner.. kindly guide me..

22 November 2013 you dont need to give any reason to icai..

just take your boss signature in form 109 and send to icai with in 30 days from date of termination
.

and when ever you registered with other firm send form 103 to icai
.
.
you dont need to wait icai confirmation for re-registration,,just register with other ca and send form 103
