10 November 2013 DEAR SIR
when I am attempt to upload a xml file of itr-4 then a massage displayed that
LINE-16 VALUE VERSION 1.0 ELEMENTS ITR FORM. FORM VERSION DOES NOT MATCH THE VALUE
VERSION 1.1. PLEASE ADVICE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THANKS........

10 November 2013 It seems that you are preparing the return with the help of some software....
If it is so then you shall first update -your software and try again..
OR
download the latest return preparer utility from the website of income tax department www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and try to upload after feeding the details...
