pls tell me what is the treatment in case if employer give rent free accomodation (owned b employer)to employee frv-Rs. 45000/-p.a & cost of furnishing amounts to rs. 90,000.employer also paid Rs. 20,000 towards maintance of house

It would not depend only on frv/cost of furnishing. Firstly u need to find 15% of employee's salary including all other allowances. add 10% of cost of furnishing to arrive at the perquisite value of accomodation
