problem in uploading ITR 6

25 September 2009 After uploading ITR 6, some error msg is shown in a dialog box. Please anyone tell me what is the problem. The error message will be "Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file"

25 September 2009 You are not uploading the xml file. Perhaps you are trying to upload your copy of ITR return.
After filling up the ITR form click on validate your return . Then the xml file will be generated. Upload this xml file then your return will be accepted. You are wrongly uploading the copy of your ITR.
