Problem in Opening of ITR V

Hi
Dear All,
One of my client (Partnership Firm)were lost their PAN card, they dont have even xerox copy of it also,
from past 2-3 years we are filing e returns, in this year ITR V is came with Pass word, so we are unable to open it the Date of Incorporation is mismatching,
we send the mail to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in but its of no use till date.
how to solve this.
please help me regarding this,

dear nag,
without knowing the date of incorporation you can not view it. but you may find the date in registration certificate or partnership deed or rental agreement. otherwise one more idea (this is not fair practice) you just apply new card. if any wrong details given, you will get the discrepancy letter from the income tax. in that, they will mention the date of incorporation details as per ITD database.
