Problem in installing rpu

I have Window 8 (64bit) system
but when I am installing then i found a msg
The module ".\SPR32x30.ocx" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80040201.
AND cmd.exe open.....and show msg like....
C:\e-TDS RPU\e-TDS_RPU_4.0>echo off

there is a "SET UP READ ME" file in the folder of RPU where possible error while installation has been given. Plz the the read me file to correct the problem....

Yes, there is Set up read me file but there is no any solution regarding this...

I had same problem but in my case the read me file guided me to solve the problem.
