in filling exam form instead of preprinted form I have attached articleship completion latter will it affect my eligibility?? if so what is remedy for same plz reply early as last date for submitting PDF is 27

There is a provision which will open up shortly known as 'Correction window' where specific errors made while making online exam application can be rectified. So you may contact the Institute and seek clarifications in this regard.
