A Private Ltd Company was formed in 2008, since then there is no transaction in it.
The assessee has not even filed any returns.
They want to start the business in that pvt ltd again.
Can anyone guide with the procedures and do we have to file income tax and roc nil returns..??
Please Guide and Advise...

1.Obtain PAN and File IT Returns upto date though there is no business( see sec 271 F under IT Act for penalty)-Even NIL income.
2.File ROC Returns- Form 20B,23AC,23ACA.with late fee we can file.
3. File with ROC- Form 23B ( Auditors appointment)
4.If necessary, Obtain VAT registration for Sales tax.
accordingly other matters may be taken care of viz.,Labour licence,ESi,PF or any other required statutory obligations.

First you have to file Form No. 61 to change the status of defunct company and then file all the papers as suggested by the expert Mr. Shivaji Prasad
