18 April 2013 I want to know the applicable provisions of the Companies Act which have to be complied by a private company which is a subsidiary of a public company.

18 April 2013 Certain provisions or sections which are applicable on a public company become applicable on a private company if such private company is a subsidiary of public company.

Please go through section 259, 262, 268, 269, 293.
