CAN A PRIVATE COMPANY ISSUE THE SHARES TO OUTSIDERS OR RELITIVES OTHER THAN DIRECTORS. IF YES WHAT KIND IF SHARES WR CAN ISSUE. IF THEY PAID CASH IS IT OK OR NOT.

Yes, a Pvt Co can issue Equity/preference share to outsider. However the maximum no of share holder can not exceed 200.Payment in cash is not allowed.
