05 January 2016 my principal exploited me 2 yrs daily 9 to 10 hrs i had to stay at office. only data entry & personal work & no professional work was done by me. As he said that i would be given full leave of 1 yr & no need to come office now after Nov.2015 exam he is threatening me if you don't come office i will not provide completion certificate as my articleship ends on 31st jan 2016, please suggest how i should approach to my principal ?

Pls go to office daily upto 31st jan 2016.
Once you get your articleship completion certificate then only leave the office.
Dear only 25 days left bear the pain as no other way out.

05 January 2016 but Ankur sir my principal is saying that i have to work for 1 yr more as he provided me 11 month leave. As per institute compensation for extra hr. work is allowed but my principal not allowing me such compensation.

Do you want to do CA or not
as if you take any action against your principal he will harras you more.
and in my opinion request your principal or ask your parents to intervane in the issue as the issue is very serious.
Since you CA is not acting professionally.
