Pl clearfy the meaning of trade payable in balance sheet.

There are 2 option provided by the income tax department

1. Loan term liabilities
a)Trade Payable
b)Others
2.Current Liabilities
a)Trade Payable more than one year
b)Other
My question is why department shows trade payable under 2 different Head having same meaning.
