Prescrutiny error in form32

24 March 2012 i have been trying to upload form 32 for a new company(for purpose of incorporation)
but at MCA it shows prescrutiny error DIN/PAN not matching with DSC. Need urgent help !! thanks in advance .

25 March 2012 Whether the director has already DIN or now only procured new din. If old DIN means ensure that PAN included or not. IF not include in the din application form, through filing DIN-4 to intimate the PAN details to the RoC. Then you fill the new form 32 and then upload.

25 March 2012 Now a days you have add PAN number for correction of DIN Number and if it is not updated then this type of mistake will appear. Kindly check the DIN number of the director whose Digital signature you are using . The expert has also given you the correct reply I agree with him.
