If a Pvt Ltd Co. wants to pay 2 lacs to its director then what prerequisites can be provided to reduce tax liability from the point of director?

Following Perquisite may reduced tax liability :
1. Telephone bill
2. Insurance of Director U/S-80D
3. Rent free accomdation at concessional rate.
4. Medical reimbursement upto Rs.15,000.
5. Use of Car facility is taxable only subject to condition.
6. where company engaged in production activity goods sold to director will attract to only cost of production.
