sir i ll be registering my ca articleship this nov 13 so i am eligible for nov16 ca final exams sir is there any way to appear may16 exams not nov16 and if yes what is the procedure please help this is because i have heard about preponement of attempt

No there is no way so that you can appear in May 2016...
You can appear in Nov,2016 and thereafter only...
