sir,
a employee has received an arrear from fy 1991-92 to fy 2012-13 in the financial year 2012-13 and 2013-14. please provide me an excel sheet or software for calculation of income tax and preparation of form 16 and 10E.

You have to calculate the relief u/s 89 and accordingly go through the rules as form 16 has already been submitted and you have to take the pains to calculate income for AY 1991-92 onward for which the arrears has been received accordingly the form as required by the rules are to filled up and submitted to the concerned assessing officer.
