if a company fulfill the limit for preparation of CASH FLOW STATEMENT IN A YEAR. But in second year it not comes under the limit specify in AS-3. SO IT IS MANDATORY FOR THE COMPANY TO PREPARE CASH FLOW STATEMENT IN SECOND YEAR.
