20 July 2012 hi friends i am ca final student. i attempt two times but cannot clear exam i am very dispressed.strategic finacial management and advanced auditing is my weak subjects. for sfm i refer ashish kalra book. can any one suggest me how to prepare for these subjects

20 July 2012 For these practical subjects there is no short cut.

The thing I suggest for this is only PRACTICE.

For Accounts I suggest to concentrate on Accounting Standards and Guidance Notes in addition to regular topics.

For SFM, you will have to practice a lot on all topics. Makkar Sir's notes can also be referred for practice purpose.
