VAT Reg. PT Reg. Misc Exp. and deposits whether we should take into Expenditure or we have show it in the balance sheet under premlinery Exps.

Dear Sardar. this is revenue expenditure and shall be debited to Profit Loss account. Prelim Expenses basical company formation related expenses.
