I want confirm,
we can writeoff preliminary expenses in case of only when pvt.Ltd.has adequate profit. in case of loss we can write off or not preliminary expenses.

Written off of Preliminary expenses will start after commencement of business whether loss or profit doesnt matter

Sec 35 D as per IT Act, profit is not essential for PE write-off.
