In the Statement in lieu of Prospectus for a limited company, preliminary expenses details are to be mentioned. Whether the expenses of only upto incorporation are to be included in such preliminary expenses or the expenses on getting the businesses commencement would also be included in the preliminary expenses

Expenses upto incorporation of a company has to be inclulded.and also expenses incurred for gettting certificate of commencement of business can be included.
This does not include your expenses spent for commencing the actual business.
