IS it possible to pay excess dividend in the case of redeemable preference shares.
Example :
can 20% dividend be declared on the "10% redeemable preference shares.

Dear Kunal,
It is a Management call. If there is still a surplus after paying the Equity Shareholders, the Directors may decide vide a resolution to disburse the surplus to the Preference Shareholders.
