Expense before commencement of the businesss is called pre operative expnes.It can be cliamed as a deduction from the year of commencement of business eighter fuly or asan installment.

bt if a private ltd co engaged in maintaining the parking and has incurred pre-operative expenses of 8,50,000 in revenue nature can claim full deduction in the assessment year.
