Why is it that Bad debts recovered,interest on investments and Loss on sale of investments are recorded in the pre incorporation period?

BAD DEBTS RECOVERED INTEREST AND LOSS IS NOT ALWAYS PRE ITEMS
ITS DEPEND ON SITUATION
IF INTEREST IS PAID BEFORE INCORPORATION OR INVESTMENT IS SOLD BEFORE THAT PERIOD THAN ONLY IT BECOME PRE ITEM
LIKE DEBENTURE INT. IS ALWASYS POST BECOZ DEB ONLY CO. CAN ISSUE
BUT INTEREST CAN BE PRE & POST
FOLLOW MY ID U CAN GET SOME IMPORTANT NOTES FROM THERE
