I recently passed ca final in may 12 . My dads a practising chartered accountant and is practising in loan syndication.
I am intrested in International Tax/Transfer pricing and am thinkin to work in a corporate for maximum 2 years along with icai's course on intl. tax and then add a new line to my dads practise . I dono whether practise can be specialized in this line and whether i will get any clients on a medium scale of practise? ?

It is carrer Oriented issue...
U have to think twice because after 2 years of exp. u may feel that u do not get clients wot have learned / experienced...
There is a growth in this area of practice but difficult to get the client...Have to develop contacts and explore ur skill by delivering lectures as Forum like Tax Practioners Association, BCA, CTC, WIRC etc....
