i have one query
i am currently an employee cum partner in a CA firm. I wanted to know whether one can Practise in Partnership firm along with Practise in indivisual name.?

18 April 2016 You have to ask permission from ICAI & You need not to tell your firm(But what wrong in making it clear ?)

It depends on you, but icai ko batana compulsory he.
