Whether a chartered accountant can have consulatncy firm
eg

If you are in full time practice you can practice only as a Chartered Accountant.
People with ICWA, CS Llb cannot practice all at the same time ..
Consultancy, if part of practice, should be persued in the name and style of the CA firm and should not be in separate name and style.. otherwise it will be difficult for you to prove that you are in full time practice

Absolutely. Fully Agreed with Mr. Debashish. However, one question arises in my mind, is it fine if we are just a partner in the Consultancy partnership firm, also the in-charge of office of the firm is the other partner....Views solicited...
