I am a fresher CA of may 12 batch working in PSU but i am finding it is not a very much learaning experience for me and besides there are lot bindings are there on me, thus i am thinking to start my own practice ,
please suggest

03 April 2013 Good Idea. you can set up your own practice at the same time enter into networking and partnership to nurture you practice.

the only advantage wiht job is regular income but in long run own practice is more beneficial. have your own partnership. after 3 yrs when you get bank audits you would start reaoing the fruits.

Remember, you can anytime opt for Job while in practice but once you are in job it wont be easy to get in to audit and assurance practice.

Whether i should do practice with seniors or batchmantes
i mean it should not be dominating

04 April 2013 it depends on your relation with them. It may so happen your seniors are humble but your batchmates are dominating. its more a human nature whihc you need tojudge with whom you are more comfortable.

what is advisable is to be with someone or group of CA.
