If I read all the questions in practice manuals of IT&SM, can I get exemption?

Just by reading practice manuals no 1 can guarantee you an exemption. However you will have a strong hold on the subject and you will be able to answer questions more appropriately which in turn would enable you to score high marks, even an exemption.
