Practice in individual name

Please tell me that If a CA wants to do practice in Individual Name, What to mention against FRN No. in form 3CD assuming that he is holding COP. However, he has not applied for approval of any firm name or Trade Mark.

He is not able to do TAX AUDIT unless he has a registered CA Firm.
