dear expart
my qualification is B.com(hons in accountancy) and done certificate courses
in direct taxes,hence can I practice as a
income tax practitioner u/s 288(2)(vi)? any license required for that practice or any trade license? can any one advice me
its important thanks... if yes what its procedure?

Yes you have to procure a licence as ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) from the respective Commissioner of Income Tax. There is procedure for this and you have to apply to the CIT
