Prablem in reset password

sir I have prablem in reset my clients password...I have used all three option for reset password but due to some problem it is not passible for me to rest password......please guide any other option available for reset password...

you can not success for reset the password then you can send mail the PAN data to
contactus@tdscpc.gov.in
