ppf limit has been ikcresed from 1 lac to 1.5 lac..... why this has been specifically mentioned in the budget..as if limit u/s 80c is increased...limit of ppf automatically get increased...

No, limit of investment in PPf was 70,000. But from 1st Dec. 2011 limit had been increased to rs. 1,00,000.
