if i am paid last installment of ppf 01/04/2016 of rs 150000 and 31/03/2017 such ppf is matured .then such ppf deduction of rs 150000 is available in 80C IN FY 2016-2017 ?????

Yes, you are eligible for deduction u/s 80C amount which is paid by you before maturity of PPF.
