POWER OF ATTORNEY - STAMP PAPER AND NOTARISATION

30 June 2022 In case of a power of attorney is being issued by an individual to the company's Resolution Professional for selling the property, we had purchased the stamp paper in the name of the individual but that person stays in another state but the property is in Mumbai. So what does the rule say for notarisation? Do we have to notarise the document in Mumbai ?
