Power of attorney for nri client to file appeal

My client is NRI
I want to file appeal to CIT
He had send me power of attorney by attaching stamp of that country..
Now do I require to affix Indian stamp or that POA sent by client is sufficient as authority letter to file appeal!!!!!!

Since the jurisdiction of POA is in India, you have to pay Indian Stamp Duty for this POA.
