A granted a Power of Attorney (POA) for an immovable property to B, authorising negotiation, sale, and receipt of consideration. B subsequently transferred the property to his wife, claiming a consideration transaction with himself, but failed to pay the proceeds to A. A is seeking options to recover his dues and is advised to file a police complaint for fraud and initiate a lawsuit.
