please guide me the procedure of applying membership in the institute and other further consequences any required.

Have you completed your GMCS classes? If not complete that and apply for membership with the Institute.

I agree with the expert but after completion of GMCS you can apply in Form No 2 and the same is to be sent along with the fees to Delhi Office
