Can anyone tell me the process of Port Registration in order to claim SEIS Benefit.

You need to register the SEIS licence @ port which is mentioned in the licence. It is a simple one time registration and you need to approach licence section at the port of registration with a request letter.

Sir we neither have custom broker nor SEIS license.

Pl. visit DGFT website (www.dgft.gov.in) and go through Chapter 3 of FTP and Hand Book of Procedures wherein details are given about eligible services under SEIS and the procedure for application/usage etc.
