03 January 2020 Can anyone tell me the process of Port Registration in order to claim SEIS Benefit.
Which port we should register and what are the procedural aspects with respect to that.

06 January 2020 You need to register the SEIS licence @ port which is mentioned in the licence. It is a simple one time registration and you need to approach licence section at the port of registration with a request letter.

Check with your Customs Broker for more details on this.

15 January 2020 Sir we neither have custom broker nor SEIS license.
How can we apply for SEIS License, As of now I have only IEC
Can you please suggest me the next step with respect to the same.

17 January 2020 Pl. visit DGFT website (www.dgft.gov.in) and go through Chapter 3 of FTP and Hand Book of Procedures wherein details are given about eligible services under SEIS and the procedure for application/usage etc.
