Will a Politician be considered as a businessman or a professional for the purpose of filing his IT returns u/s 44AB ?

Income received by politicains is taxed under the head income from other sources i. e. income received from parliament. So where is the question of his income being business income in the first case?

Depend upon the source of income.
If disclosed:
remuneration and sitting fees:other source
if he is doing business or in any profession other than politics: PGBP
if undisclosed : To bhagwan hi malik hai...!!!!!
