Can a private limited company donate any amount to any political parties.

As per section293A maximum amount can donate is 5% of the average net profit of last three years. And if the companies existence is less than three year then the company can not make any donation .

IF THE comapnay were in existance for more than 3 years , then can make dontaion to the political party up to 5% of average of net profit
