We are import some service on Dec-2011 (ST @ 10.30%), want to pay service tax now on Nov-2012 (ST @ 12.36%) under ST rev chg. mechanism . Please Suggest me Which rate applicable for me, Its 10.30% or 12.36% ?

Rate applicable is 10.3%. + Interest till delay of payment.
