Please correct me if I am wrong as I have little confusion on the following:-

1)Are Private Companies required to file form DD-A u/s 274(1)(f) of the Companies Act, for the.

Can anybody provide me the pdf file on Disqualification of Directors Rules(updated one).

2) What is the due date for filing of form 24AA(u/s 299) for interested directors???Is it last month of the financial year???

28 July 2010 Private Company is not required to file notice of Sec 274 in DD-A. In normal format it can do.

24AA need to be filed by interested director at the time when company is entering in contract but if director was not aware of contract than any time in board meeting firat held after he had knowledge of contract.

Normally there is practice to give general notice in last month of financial year i.e. March for the coming year of Apr-Mar, as Notice expires at end of year which need to be renewed every year.

Dear Sir(s),

Sub: Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956

I, __________, Director of the Company, confirm that as on 31st March ____, I have not incurred any disqualification as a director in terms of the provisions of Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956.
